Our process.

  • 1. REQUEST INFORMATION

    It all begins with submitting a request for more information.
    Click the “Book Now” button on any page to get started.

  • 2. CHAT

    We will schedule a call, video chat, or in-person consultation.

  • 3. QUOTE

    Once you’ve decided on your package and any add-ons, we’ll send a formal quote with all the deals, which also serves as our booking agreement.

  • 4. BOOK

    Sign the agreement online, submit your 20% deposit, and we’ll send a booking confirmation with login details to access our online planning suite.

  • 5. PLAN & CONFIRM

    Once you have access to the planning suite, it will be pre-loaded with planning forms for you to complete. Additionally, you can enter song requests, edit your timeline, make payments, and more.

    Approxametly 2-3 weeks prior to the event, we will meet either virtially, or in person, to verify all of the details before the event. (Weddings require an in person meeting for this step)

  • 6. SHOWTIME

    The big day is finally here! You can trust that we’ve confirmed all the details, and double and triple checked. We’re as ready as you are. Time to let us take the reigns and make your event magical!
